One of the requirements of modern education is to see individuality in each student, and, of course, an individual approach to everyone is also today’s mandatory requirement. Individualization and differentiation of learning contributes to the intellectual, moral, emotional and physical development of the individual, makes it possible to fully reveal the creative possibilities, psychological characteristics, intellectual abilities of the child, to provide the necessary conditions for the formation and development of the child’s personality, taking into account his age characteristics, individuality.
The differentiated approach, of course, also changes the tasks of the teacher. The main task of the teacher is to create appropriate conditions for the development of the student’s personality-the educational environment.
